We would love to hear from you.

Whether you are a tradesperson evaluating TradeKit, a journalist covering field services, or a partner building something complementary—reach out. We are a small team in St. Louis with national users, so we batch deep work and answer email in focused blocks. You will get a human response, not a ticket black hole.

Email first. We scale from there.

Quick answers to common reasons people write.

I am a TradeKit customer and something is broken—who do I ping?

Use the in-app help or reply to any transactional email from TradeKit so we can tie your message to your account. For security, avoid sharing passwords or full card numbers by email.

I am not a customer yet—can I see a demo?

Start your free setup from the home page; onboarding walks you through the product with real screens. If you need a partnership or press conversation, mention that in your note to hello@gettradekit.com and we will route you.

Do you offer phone support for pre-sales questions?

We prioritize async email so nothing gets lost while you are on a ladder. Complex topics get a call back when a thread needs it—include the best number and time zone.

Are you hiring vendors or agencies?

We review a small number of creative and technical partners each quarter. Send portfolio links, trade focus, and how you price—no attachments over 10 MB please.
